Information is used to provide quotations, manage content projects, communicate through the portal, issue invoices, deliver files, maintain records and improve the service.
Uploaded legal information
Clients should avoid uploading unnecessary personal, confidential or privileged information. Only provide material reasonably required to complete the commissioned content.
Payments
Payments are completed on an external payment provider’s secure page. iConversion stores the invoice status and payment link, but the portal is not designed to store card details.
Data retention
Order records and completed files may be retained for business, legal and client-access purposes. Clients can request account or file review through the contact page.
