Service scope
The agreed scope is defined by the accepted quotation, portal brief and any confirmed project messages. Additional work may require a revised quotation.
Legal accuracy and review
Content is supplied as professional marketing and informational copy. The client remains responsible for legal review, regulatory compliance, factual accuracy and approval before publication.
Payment
Work begins after the required payment is confirmed unless the invoice or quotation states otherwise. Payment is completed through the external payment page linked to the invoice.
Client materials
The client confirms that they have permission to provide all uploaded files, trademarks, quotations and reference material used for the project.
Timelines
Delivery dates depend on timely payment, complete instructions and prompt responses. Material scope changes may affect the timetable.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client may use the final approved content for the commissioned business purpose. Drafts, rejected concepts and internal production materials remain excluded unless agreed.
